Abstract:Polymer semiconductor materials are being used in variable applications such as OLED, OPV and Organic sensor, because polymer semiconductor materials have advantages like solution processing, low-cost, flexible, and easy large area fabrication. However, performance of polymer devices is still low compared to that of inorganic ones. This paper presents transparent polymer photodetector to control electronic devices such as PC, IPTV and video game machine. Photodetector requires insignificant electric signal, and polymer semiconductor materials can produce enough electric signal. This photodetector which is fabricated by 2D array type can be attached to the front of display screen and it can measure coordinate of indicated laser point like touch screen. This photodetector has similar structure with inverted type bulk-heterojunction (BHJ) polymer solar cell. It is consisted of a transparent photoactive layer sandwiched between anode and cathode.
