Abstract:	Nanostructured Lipid Carrier (NLC) was a kind of nanosized carrier for lipophilic active compounds. Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) which is a versatile anti-oxidant is practically insoluble and chemically labile in water and should be incorporated in some carriers such as NLC to improve its stability and realize the final application.
