Hurricane Katrina Relief Efforts

Members of NOBCChE and CGSO participated in the Hurricane Katrina relief efforts sponsored by the American Red Cross.

The two organizations with other participants collected approximately $127,000 before the Middle Tennessee State vs. Alabama football game on Sept. 3rd.

NOBCChE National Conference, March 2005

The UA NOBCChE chapter hosted Dr. Sherine Obare, who presented a Talk as part of the departmental seminar program. Dr. Obare is an assistant professor at Western Michigan University.

American Association of Colleges and Universities, October 2004

Dominic Qualley attending the Association of American Colleges & Universities (AACU) Conference. The conference was held at the Sheraton Nashville Downtown Hotel, Nashville, TN on October 21-23, 2004. The theme of this year's conference is Diversity and Learning: Democracy's Compelling Interest.

The NOBCChE chapter at The University of Alabama participated in UA's Get on Board Day, where students can learn more about campus organizations.
